Updated: Teriyaki Chicken: Freezer Cooking First

Little One and I traveled last weekend to visit family.  Getting in late, tired, and with little in the fridge I remembered one little jewel that sat in my freezer!  That's right... it was the Teriyaki Chicken!

I quickly ran it under warm water long enough to thaw it a bit so I could fit it in the crockpot.  And 5 hours later, it was done.  And delicious.  It was a great mix of sweet, salty, and tangy.  I served it over rice and topped it with some green onion I found in the refrigerator.  Yum - A definite keeper recipe!
